    Temp before new stuff
    GPU- 90-100
    Cpu- 90+

    Know

How are your gaming temps? Also, had you applied AC5 before with the 'before new stuff' temps?

AS5 will do nothing if the cpu is already completely flat with the heatsink. It is almost impossible for the cpu and heatsink to fit together perfectly, so that is why thermal compound is needed. It fills in the small pores between the cpu and the heatsink. AS5 is a silver grease which is more conductive than air. So when used properly the paste fills the void where the air once was conducting heat away from the cpu and gpu better.
You should probably take teh system apart and put a thin layer of paste on, because for sure your system temperatures are going to be higher without it.

Your temps look fine, you dont need AS5.
