    What reader / computer?

Some of those slots can handle 5 or more different card types. Just insert the MS gently and let the slot guide it into position, if there is one. If you are worried about the card disappearing, attach some sticky tape to it to form a tail which you can use to pull it out.

Yes, most of them take many different kinds. So, the slot is bigger. If it says it will take it, it will. :p

To be safe, have tweezers handy, but yo should have no problems. ;)

I like that idea, never thought about that before. I once got an SD card stuck in a 32-1 card reader in the wrong slot and couldn't get it out, therefore I had to take it apart to get my SD card back.

Memory Stick pro is narrower but longer than a SD card, usually they don’t go all the way inside a memory card reader, therefore you can always pull it out safely if it doesn’t fit. But I have a feeling that you are actually talking about a Memory stick Memory stick pro Duo (which is shorter and may completely go inside the card reader). Following images shows a MS Pro Duo to MS Pro adapter, the smaller black card is an actual MS Pro duo memory card, the longer adapter on the other hand has the same dimensions as a MS Pro card. Your card reader may only accept MS Pro, therefore you'll need an adapter for MD Pro Duo.

i think they usually come with a memory card purchased separately, you can probably buy them off ebay tho.

You can buy an adapter separately, but since memory cards are so cheap these days, buy a new card (it will come with an adapter). eBay has 8GB cards + adapter for around $20.

Do you really recommend ebay for things like memory cards?

I have bought almost all my memory cards from eBay, if you look very carefully you can find genuine sellers (seller rating, customer feedback, product photos , description, where the item is being shipped, etc.. ). I admit there are plenty of fakes, but except for a couple of cards (which I suspected as fake from the beginning) rest turned out to be pretty good : serial numbers checked out, holograms looked authentic , good build quality and transfer speeds were as rated. Not a single card I bought off eBay failed on me for the past few years; The only card that failed was one that came bundled with my camera (which obviously must be genuine :p ). I don't care as long as they work. Even the obvious fakes are still working.

Besides, I was recommending to buy a new card mostly for it's adapter. Sure you can pay $5 for an adapter alone at a local store, or you can pick one up with a cheap 4GB or 8GB card for a slightly more. Its for a PSP, not a life and death situation...
