    the reason the HWMonitor and NHC couldn't tell me CPU temp ?

    could someone tell me why the NCH and HWMonitor couldn't tell me or read the CPU of my msi 1651? is this mean the cpu didn't install properly??

    the software may not be able to read certain sensors on your motherboard.
    Try coretemp, cpu rightmark and everest to read your temperatures. I have never seen any core or athlon cpu coretemp couldnt read.

    Your temperatures are being screwed up because you do not have an actual T9500. You have an engineering sample, which is not really a finished T9500. Your engineering sample does not have all of the refined features which a stock T9500 has. This is because yours is what the name is, an engineering sample, as in a prototype.

    I doubt any software will read your ES cpu temps right,

    if no software mentioned can read the cpu temp, then the only way you could know is if you bought a thermal radar gun. They are mainly designed for engines, but it works well with computers too.

    If the air coming out of the back of the laptop is super hot I wouldnt go overclocking it.

    How did you get an engineering sample in the first place? Put it in yourself? Because the manufacturers normally aren't allowed to do so

    Most likely purchased from Ebay. A large amount of cheap CPU's sold on ebay are engineering samples.

    ya, i got this laptop from a user, i never knew there such cheep as3 cpu out there.. i guess i carefull next time... and thank you giving such valueble lesson :p i know what you mean by sample. thx K-TRON

    btw do you guy suggest me to get a oem cpu or keeping this one are find?
    could i make some refund selling it on ebay then buy a new one?
