    Hi, I have 2 questions.
First, are there any enclosures that are compatible with both 2.5 and 3.5 hard drive?
second, are there any difference between the internal hard drive and laptop hard drive? Because on ebay they are listed differently.

    Thanks.

Nope, enclosures will only fit either a 2.5" or 3.5" due to the size difference, as a 3.5" HD is much larger.

Internal HD, what does that mean? 3.5" desktop ones? Or 2.5" laptop ones?

Internal hard drives usually refers to 3.5".
As for the case, just get a 3.5" case and buy a 2.5" to 3.5" adapter.
That way, you can have both.
