    Undervolting is pretty easy once you get the hang of the terminology. Use a program like NHC(I dont if they are supporting the Code Duo's yet) or you can use RM Clock(latest version(2.05) supports the Code Duo).

    This thread should provide you with some good undervolting resources. The process is the same but there might be some differences in GUI between the different versions of RM Clock. So, take that into account before undervolting.

    It is mentioned on the forum of rmclock that it is not possible to undervolt Yonahs at the lowest step.
    This makes the undervolting much less attractive than before.

    NHC 1.10 Beta 2 ( www.pbus-167.com) supports Yonah's!

    If someone is going to undervolt his Core Duo please tell us the results!

    Well as an owner of an 8204 I'd not recommend it.

    While installing was fine, it seemed to detect my Processor as a Core Solo,

    Didn't think much of it (and didn't bother really trying anything more than just installing it) until I rebooted, at which point it BSOD'd, rebooted, BSOD'd, rinse and repeat about 20 times and FINALLY managed to get in long enough to uninstall the program.

    At which point everything has worked fine since.

    Personally I'm staying WELL clear of that program.

    @Arla,
    if it didn't work with NHC, do you plan to try the alternative - RMClock?

    RMClock worked, and continiues to work perfectly for me on my T2300 Acer. NHC was a bust out, sorry. In fact, RMClock does a great job and really improves battery life when underclocked.

    That's interesting. Would you please post your voltages?!
    I read on rmclock forum that the lowest VID is not undervoltable on Yonahs.
