Is it possible/easy to upgrade the Intel 3945 wireless card in a Dell e1405? I was hoping to upgrade it to something that does 802.11n.
Thanks,
Chris

You can most likely open up one of the bay doors on the back and then you will see a small rectangular circuit board with 2-3 wired connected to it. It will say Intel 3965 wlan card or simmilar on it.

Yes you can, but the e1405's wireless card is under the keyboard. You have to take most of the laptop apart to get to it.
the wireless card uses a mini pcie port, so just make sure to get one which uses the same port.
