This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    I purchased a acer 5750-6667 laptop about 6 months ago, and now i find out i need to have a fire wire port on it, any way to do this? no pcmcia slot on it? thanks :mad:

    If it doesn't have an ExpressCard slot, then there's no way I know of to get Firewire on it.
