    I've got laptop Asus W2J with Intel T2500 SL8VP and I want to upgrade with T7600
    I'm confused cause there are two types of CPUs and I dont want to make mistake

    I upgraded from the T5300 to the T2500, and the performance took a toll. Than upgrading to the T7400 really made a huge performance increase.
    If your system can make use of the core 2 duo socket m processors, ike the T7200, T7400, T7600, you will see a large performance gain in cpu intensive tasks.
