I have an HP Pavilion dv4000 notebook with Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 900 GM. I was hoping I could upgrade my graphics but I'm not sure if I can. So there lies the question; Can I upgrade from my current graphics to something able to run 3D games? I keep hearing about PCI express cards. Can I use one? So yeah, any help is appreciated.

I recall the HP DV4000 series offered a dedicated ATI X700 GPU version. You might want to check with HP and/or the net to find out more info. I am not sure if you could find a vendor selling the older X700 GPU anymore either. Good luck!
