I have recently purchased a Dell E1505 with a core duo T2400. I was wondering (without having to rip open my 2 month old laptop) if it is possible to upgrade the core duo to a core 2 duo. I am quite angry that i just bought this and now there are the core 2's . Plus with upcoming vista i dont want to buy vista 32 bit and then when i upgrade my cpu later have to buy vista 64. Any and all info is welcome. Even if its the bad news that im stuck. Thanks!

You can upgrade, but you void warranty. It's up to you.
