Ive been wanting to upgrade my laptops graphics card for awhile now, and I finally took the time and opened it and saw my video card was removable ( GTS 360m). Now my question is can I upgrade my graphics card and wheres the best place to look for a new mobile card?

That 360M is the end of the line for that G50/G51/G60 chassis. There is no compatible card to upgrade with.

dang really? its impossible? how saddening. Well I am looking to find a laptop then that will be upgradeable in the future. Any suggestions for a strong laptop?

Most laptops cannot be fully upgraded except for 2 semi-niche markets: Extreme gaming laptops (Clevo, Alienware) and mobile workstations (Lenovo's W series, HP Elitebook, Dell Precision).
Even then you have to worry about matching heatsinks, vBIOS, a whole host of compability issues. -
Basically any modern gaming laptop really puts the smack down on a single 360m, you can find plenty of msi laptops that use an i7, 5870m and 4gb ram in the $600-700 price range and those are much faster than what you're using. Lower the res in games and the 360m is still a good card for gaming if you don't try putting the settings too high
