Hey guys, I have a t61p and am wondering if there is a guide ot upgrade the OS to vista 64 bit.

Right now its a 32 bit vista home edition. I bought it like this cause my dad had a spare vista 64 bit lying around and so I wanted to upgrade to that and fully utilize my 4 GB of ram.

Is there a guide anywhere for a clean install of vista 64bit? or is it extremely easy and I am a n00b? lol

by the way, Im planning on changin out my HD for a western digital 320 gb, 5400 rpm one. So its like a clean instAll on a new HD.

Try this guide by Stallen. It is very through and covers both 32 and 64 bit vista.
