I noticed my notebook will get a error when I try to use more than 10 usb devices at once

I read on wiki that the vender will put limits on the usb controller.

    can we remove the limits?

Everyone says you can daisychain 127 usb devices but my notebook keeps saying "NOT ENOUGH USB CONTROLLER RESOURCES"

I get the error on the usb 2.0 and 3.0 ports on the notebook

For instance, a vendor could choose to limit the number of USB devices that it supported for a tablet xHCI implementation to 16 devices.

Probably you can't.. Maybe if you mod the BIOS you could do something.. it would help to know more about what notebook you have etc..
