    used ssd stuck in raid 0?

    ok i bought a used intel 520 240gb ssd off of ebay and i installed it.. and windows cant find it.. well its found in disk management.. but its found as a 480gb drive..
    i checked in intels ssd tool box and it show as a 520 series 480gb raid 0 drive..


    so needless to say im stuck.. any advice?

    na couldnt since it was stuck on raid.. i figured it out tho..

    I'm pretty sure gparted would have forced a reformat if you asked it to, but i haven't tried so it's just a guess on my part. In the end, what did you do to fix it?

    I would have run a Secure Erase.

    Boot into your laptop's RAID configuration, delete the RAID 0 array and then go from there.
