Does anyone know if there is a MSI GTX 1060 6GB MXM vBios out there that can flash via NVflash which would remove the low throttlingpoint of 56c and raise the TDP to around 100-120W TDP?

I tried the whole programmer thing (bought 3 of em) but unless I desolder the chip it can't be done. Sadly my rework station died on me and my soldering iron isn't fine enough without me possibly damging smaller components around the vBios chip ( I don't have steady hands).

Nvlash, good luck, not possible yet, only with a programmer.

Hard to understand how you don't get similar results as others here in the forum, be it with LM application or with the vbios mod with a programmer.....etc. That being so, you must be doing something differently (wrong).

No Liquid metal result is the same as for anyone else really. Also the issue I have with the programmer is also something another people have as well. You can see in the TDP thread there was another guy facing the exact same issue as me.
