    Hi, i have a vaio VPCF1 laptop and i have treid to do a back up and when its finished i get a message that reads
    Backup encountered a problem while backing up file C:\Users\VAIO\Desktop\CD2. Error :(The system cannot find the file specified. (0x80070002))

    also sorry to be a pain i got another problem
    my vaio VPCF13M8E, when i try and burn a dvd i get a message make sure you have the latest firmware installed on your Device? also everytime i see the files to burn theres a setting file there on files to be burn,and sometimes TRACK00 there aswell? i hope you understand my problem sorry i am not that good on a PC. Thanks it also says my window media is currupt? thanks Would i be better to start with a fresh re-install again i dont have anything on my laptop to save i just dont know how to re-install factory settings? Anybody help please.
