Maybe because the start up screens and menus don't take up a lot of processing power.
Is the framerate dropping to an unplayable rate? -
hey it could be just lag caused by some other guy..
-
i mean
the beginning mean the beginning of the game, like the first time I played the game
not the welcome screen -
just someone lagging >.< your FPS shouldnt change but just in case try using a modders tool to set your memory bus speed alittle higher to render as fast =)
-
maybe its the RAM. I dunno about NFL but in some games, like real time strategy games, the ram usage of the game grows due to extra units and stuff, maybe thats the problem?
how much ram do you have? -
Did you consider that it might not be the graphics card at all? Maybe you have spyware or other bloatware installed and running on your computer in the background now since when you first got the computer. How many tasks are running when you go to Task Manager (CTRl+ALT+DEL)?
Also, remember that there is always the factor of "newness." Faster technology comes out, and once you're exposed to it, your once fast rig seems more sluggish, even if is performing the same. Just something else to consider.
/end my 2 cents. -
this question seem so vauge i mean it could be anything really.. i wish i had something more we could work with, that would easily help us with the situation..
