    hello everybody

    I need buy an new ssd drive to laptop vpcz116ga (this model not come with 2.5 inch :| i think is 1.8 inch maybe anyway..) , but can't find anyone on ebay , amazon etc..

    any help plz to find one for my laptop !!!!

    From what little I can find on the web, it probably takes a 2.5" SATA drive. If you are going to replace the drive, you may as well open it up to see what's currently in there. That will give you an idea about the replacement.

    Looks like VPCZ116GA uses a custom sandwiched SSD with a proprietary LIF connector, but I can't say for sure if that's the case of yours. However, if yours have an optical drive you can always replace it with a 2.5" SATA caddy.
