    hi

    I have sony vpc s117GG

    How i can restrict my webcam
    it mean that i want to ask me then connect to programs
    for example i want to programs like yahoo messenger or oovoo or ... for video chat first ask me then if let to use , show my web cam video.

    really i want to control webcam from my windows not from program(like : yahoo messenger or oovoo or ...)

    disable in control panel.

    or put some sticky tape over it!

    For windows live and yahoo you don't have option for that simply not accept video call but instead voice call... only skype that I know do have this option
