The ram which will work in your system is ddr2 laptop sodimm memory. You are looking for PC4200 memory, but if you find a better deal on PC5300 memory , than it will downclock to the 533mhz that PC4200 runs at.
Your laptop has a maximum memory capacity of 4Gb, so you can buy 2 2Gb memory cards, or you could just buy one 2Gb card and upgrade later on down the road.

I presume newegg does not ship to australia, so your best bet is to do a google products search, and find a store which ships to australia.

You could put in any 667Mhz DDR2 SODIMM modules you find. It will be about 20-40€ (33-67AUS) /stick depending on the make.

Both stick should be the same type and make for best results.

That link is for desktop memory, you are looking for sodimm memory, it has 200 pins and it fits in laptops.
