thats a bit high for the CPU.... you should try to undervolt it.

HDD and GPU temps are fine.

please refer to the NBR Cooling Central for more info.

i wouldn't like my cpu going above 70c max (60-65c to be safe)... but hd and gpu temps are ok.

Theoretically Intel CPUs should be fine up to 100C, but as others have mentioned, it's generally best to keep them under 80 or so. It'll be similar for the nVidia GPU; 75C load should be fine. 47C is a little high for an HDD, but nothing to worry about again. Ultimately, since your ambient temperature is so high already, I don't think these temps are necessarily out of the norm.

Ouch, that's approaching the thresholds. Might want to try reapplying thermal paste and giving it a thorough clean out if you're comfortable opening up the lappy.

I know you're in a humid room so it would be normal to see it elevated a little, but that's high.

Hope all turns out well :)

thats not healthy.... not one bit.

you should really make sure that the vents (not just fans) are cleared out and not being blocked.

use a flashlight to shine through the vents, hopefully its clear to the other side.

and make sure you are ONLY using it on clean, hard, flat surfaces

....NOT on your lap, bed, couch, and other soft surfaces that will block the vents and fans from properly cooling the system.

if you are using it on the proper surface and there is no dust, it might really be best to check out:
    - the fan is properly working
    - the heatsink is properly secured onto the CPU, if not then you need to resecure it and maybe re-apply some thermal compound.
