    I am looking at what ram to go with a C2D t7200
    dose any know if the SDRAM Timings (CL=4 or CL=5) or the Speed (DDR2-667 or DDR2-533) is better?
    what would be best?
    DDR2 PC2-4200 • CL=4 or
    DDR2 PC2-5300 • CL=5
    who do you think makes the best notebook ram?

    I suggest you go with the PC2-5300. There won't be a huge difference but the 667MHz will be slightly faster and it may be more beneficial down the road if you keep the RAM for your next laptop. They're pretty much the same price anyways. Brand doesn't matter much. Just buy a decent enough brand at a low price point.
