Hi i just bought hgl-30 and took out the bluetooth option to take down the price a little. what is the big difference between built in blutooth and bluetooth dongle? if there is a big diffrence any idea where i could buy a internal bluetooth module for hgl-30 ? do you need to be a pro to install a bluetooth module in hgl-30?..if there is a big difference and hard to install i might as well just pay a little more and ask them to install it for me.

Well I'd say the different is one is on the inside and one is on the outside? It's not hard to install if you follow instructions properly. Personally I prefer a USB dongle so I can use it on any computer, and not just the one.

Bee-two-in? Huh? Oh ok I just had to say it really fast three times.

As for you question, no difference. External is cheaper.

I personally hate things dangling off my laptop, easy to break USB bits and such, which is why I went with the internal card. If you wanted internal, I'm sure you can get one from powernotebooks, or they'd be able to point you where to go.

You might be able to find a PCMCIA bluetooth card if you don't like things hanging off. They are very simple to install as well.

PCMCIA cards still have a piece hanging outside the edge of the laptop. It's required for the antenna, matt.

Either way, I've got my bluetooth. I don't need it, I was just stating my opinion ;)
