    where can I buy a Nvidia go 8400m gs video card?

    I really want one of those to replace the granny speed 7400go in my m1210 :(

    I'm pretty sure you can't replace the graphics card in that notebook.

    You can't just swap it, it's an impossible task.

    The M1210 is not upgradeable.

    Only the larger 17" ones are. Look for something called MXM and you'll see what I mean.

    The m1210's 7400 can be removed but the 8400GS was not mean to fit in there, it was meant to fit in the m1330.

    There are exceptions, especially for Dell, alot of their notebooks 'can' be upgraded video card-wise, but it is very limited and restrictive.

    I am afraid that what you want to do is an impossible task. The 7400Go is not upgradable, lets forget the fact that you cannot find an 8400GS to upgrade...
