Has anyone bought it from this website? You can only contact them... can't buy it yet...

On a side question - are you sure you can actually swap the graphics card in your laptop?

    johnnyman27 I see your laptop uses a 9600M GT GDDR3.

I highly doubt that your laptop can support the 4650HD GDDR3. Are you sure you can upgrade without problems?

95% of laptops have non-upgradeable GPU, since they are either soldered on the MoBo, or simply not compatible.

the acer 5930g can be upgraded as it supports MXM type II cards. i dont know if an asus card will work in an acer though as the one on that site was from asus

Why bother? The 9600M GT GDDR3 you've got is among the fastest MXM-II cards out there - you're looking at very minimal gains for the money and effort you would put into upgrading to a Radeon HD 4650 GDDR3 card, especially one that may not even exist.
ASUS video cards actually use a flipped-MXM structure and are thus incompatible with other models.

Check the Acer MXM thread for compatibility and chatter.

I don't think you'd be hitting the Fill Rate of a 9600m GT with a 2.0Ghz CPU, I'd go for a CPU Upgrade.

I wouldn't - you'd be getting even less bang for your buck in a gaming situation!
If you're doing video encoding or other CPU-intensive stuff on the side, then it would make a larger difference.
