    hey guys , i have purchased a dell inspiron 1520 and i would like to upgrade its ram to 2 gb. its addr2 667 mhz system. kindly tell me where can i purchase this aftermarket. if possible suggest brands with their list price as well.

    Look at the Hot Ram deals thread for great prices on DDR2-667 ram

    The Brand doesn't really matter as long as they have a lifetime warranty

    I suggest getting a 2gb stick and replacing one of the 512mb stick with it.

    Newegg doesn't ship internationally but Fry(outpost) and Ewiz.com does. I would contact them and verify.
