    amazon? newegg? any other trusted site with low shipping cost to international? (i'm not in Amercia

    would any site offer sales on portable hard drive from time to time?

    I don't need it urgently but I need it, so I can wait and see

    Where are you from my friend? I think it's much cheaper to buy them in your local computer stores or get a HDD and put it inside an HDD enclosure, it's much cheaper that way.

    I have a 7200 RPM HGST inside the Samsung 2.5' Sata External Enclosure and it works better than those portable HDD, much cheaper too.
