    Hi everyone. I have a gateway M505XL and one of the hinge between the base and the lcd is broken. I googled but can't find any place to buy that, any ideas? Thank you...

    I used to by replacement parts for my Dell's on eBay. It might take some work to find a decent seller but it can be done. So you might find some by searching for "gateway" and then the part you might be looking for...actually eBay's search is pretty decent and flexible.
