Dude motherboards aren't generally interchangeable (If your model comes out with more than one motherboard, you might be good, if not forget it), I've seen dv6500 sell for $450 on ebay with the 8400m GPU and considering dv6000 series motherboards sells for $200 with the 7150-7200M, I can't see it worth messing trying to find a better motherboard. If you were to get a dv6500 for around $450 you could take the best parts from both to make one good notebook and sell the rest on ebay, it could end up costing $250-$300, plus you'd have a newer notebook.
