What task to do you tend to do with it? I usually say RAM but, since you have that Pentium Dual-core it depends. I think they only have half the cach right? How much does yours have? 1mb?
EDIT: ow didn't see you had VIsta I'd say upgrade the RAM then the Proc.

Upgrade the RAM first. Specially since you have Vista.

I found this Link to your computer. If it is correct you have 2X512MB, and says the max it supports is 2GB's. If true a 2GB stick will not work. But 2X1GB should run Dual Channel to find out run CPU-Z (free) if you don't have download Here. It will tell you; are you running Dual Channel, do you have one stick or two.

Why you have PC5300 667Mhz with a 533Mhz FSB is beyound me. Use CPU-Z to confirm the RAM is running at 533Mhz and check the CL if it is 5 then I would buy PC4200 533Mhz CL4 it will run faster than PC5300 @533Mhz CL5. And now you have to figure out what to do with 2X512MB sticks not 1X1GB stick.

thx alot, and this makes me wonder and think.... so is its only 1 channel (for the RAM) im "doomed".... and if its dual, i think i should start with a 1gb Stick.. huh, later on another 1gb stick? or something like it?....

another thing... its says Pentium Dual Core at the beginnig and then Core 2 duo below.. ?¡? whats up with that?¿?

i just hope its 2X512 :S and im gonna check that link on Friday (it arrives that day :D)

    thx alot again

You can check "Dual Channel" right now use CPU-Z. And if you were going to buy a 2GB stick, 2X1GB is cheaper, $70 to $80. You should buy PC4200/4300 533hz 200 Pin SO-DIMM

People who write this stuff are in marketing sometimes they don' know what they are talking about T2060 is a Pentium Dual Core not a C2D Pentium.
