    I've got the middleton bios

    as-ssd-bench M4-CT256M4SSD2 A 12.13.2012 6-22-16 AM.png

    it's an older gm965 chipset but the bios is sata 2 capable. Everything else looks ok except the 4k seems low. I've done all the tweaks suggested in the guides.

    you cant have 386MB/s read over SATA2.

    - my access times are 0.169 read and 0.102 write
