    hi, i have some problem with my dell xps m1530 and dell wants me to send it to them for having it repaired. should i send it to them, anyone experienced more problem after sending your lappy to them or some scratches?

    please guide me whether i should send it to them or not.

    no problems,send it to dell you can trust.it is a big company not a computer shop that rips off people.

    It should be okay but I'd backup the data on it and remove any data you don't want them to have access to

    I doubt on dell because my friend was having xps m1730 2 months old with alignment problem and dell asked him to send his laptop to them, when he received the laptop instead of 4 GB of ram he was having 2 GB and that to a 2 month old laptop with many scratches all over.
