I keep getting this error with my intel ssd I am trying to install windows 7 on it and same error

Is this a new drive, or one that came out of another system? I've seen this error when the Windows 7 installer gets confused by existing partitions it doesn't understand. Another oddball cause of this error is if there's a flash drive connected to the system (for example, a USB stick). Windows will complain about the hard drive, even though there's nothing wrong with it. Removing the flash drive fixes the problem (you can plug it back in later if you need it).

no flash drive its a windows 7 disc, it came out of another system but shows it as unalocated space

Your SSD is in raw mode, I deleted all partion. Make sure you set your bios to ACHI, then make sure your first hard drive is your SSD not your USB flash drive. there is no way you can borrow an USB dvd rom from your friend or family?

Try secure erasing the drive.
windows cannot be installed to this disk !!!!!
