    wireless N is no solution. I only get about 5MB/s max in a file transferre. USB I get around 30MB/s, still way faster, especially when moving 500GB of data.

    Gigabit lan yes. I still thing USB 3.0 will be an improvement, imagine 128GB USB stick writing at 100MB/s.
