I've been reading the posts above. So, AMD made a nice APU, HP has put it in some EliteBooks, but did limit the TDP. Before the APU exceeds a certain TDP, the APU throttles back, even if there's enough temperature headroom. Isn't there any way to disable the TDP limit?

Is it likely that the APU inside the EliteBook 745 shown in the video is TDP limited too?
