    HP Notebook Fan Control in HWiNFO32 !

    Yes, that is what I meant. Seeing as how the release is now well past the Beta releases with the fan control, I didn't know if you'd incorporated them into the release, or had them in only for the Beta.

    works fine on 8540w i7-620m... can we modify auto fan settings yet?

    Works fine for my 8730w. Fans kicked up a notch the moment I switched to manual and adjusted the settings.

    Was overheating and shutting down previously.

    T9400, FX3700M.

    Will test it out and update.

    Works beautifully, at max fan - the temps hit 78 C or so. At 4/5 or so, 85 C.

    On HP 8740w I got a problem with setup fan speed.
    I setup smooth consistent increase of fan speed. But it looks like work only some points. 2nd (1606) work when computer start (or I apply manual fan speed configuration). 5-th (2700) work when computer under heavy load. When it's idle after load fan speed decrease to 3-rd (2014) and stay at this level, and don't decrease more. But if I switch to manual mode and press "Apply and Save" button fan speed decrease immediately to 2nd (1606).

    So what I do wrong?

    Where can i Download the actual Version of this Tool? Does it work on Win7 64Bit?
