I recently bought a laptop (HP Probook 450 G1).
Here is what i did,
I called up HP contact center (UAE) and informed that i am going to buy HP Probook 450 G1 (Product Number : D9Q88AV) and they confirmed that the warranty can be extended.
After i bought the laptop , when i approached the supplier / hp partner , Care packs are not getting listed for the Product Number D9Q88AV.
I am little confused as in the care pack central its also mentioned ,
No care Pack services were found for your selection. "Product numbers with "AV" will need the warranty reference, also ending with "AV" and appearing on your invoice or in the service tag on the back of your PC."

Also note that this is the current status :
1) HP Contact Center is confirming that the model is UAE region model and warranty can be extended through the partners,
2) [email protected] : Confirmed warranty can be extended and sent me the list of care packs available for D9Q88AV and advised to contact Hp Partners / supplier for buying the care pack.
3) HP Partner says they cant proceed further as HP Care pack central is giving them the following message.
"No Care Pack services were found for your selection. "Product numbers with "AV" will need the warranty reference, also ending with "AV" and appearing on your invoice or in the service tag on the back of your PC."
4) HP Contact Center says they cant help futher more & [email protected] says they cannot hep further as they are post sales support.
5) Now HP is telling this Machine was for Singapore Region. The complete SKU is Product number: D9Q88AV#UUF.
Please advise how can i escalate further and get my warranty extended.
