This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     I got this laptop back in December last year... and my battery is not charging and my laptop is not recognizing the battery. I have always been careful about making sure i don't mess up the battery due to over charging or letting it die completely, I also barely use the laptop unless I don't have my desktop available so I know I didn't do anything to cause this. Will HP cover this??? :(
