This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Hbootz, BTW, how do you enter this "top config" program? Is this only available for the distributors, or consumers will also apply?

    No matter how hard I tried to find a way to customize a laptop outside US - I couldn't.

    I believe you need access to the business to business portal at HP to be able to configure outside the US.

    In Germany Top Config is a HP portal, that is made available to Resellers/System Integrators. Not a end user/customer portal. Sorry
