No touchpad
It uses a Pointing Device Pointstick with two soft-touch buttons

The nc2400 only has a touchstyk. The one-gen newer 2510P has a touchstyk and touchpad. A trend HP continued in the even newer 2530P and 2540P.

I notice the TC4400 too.. I would like fanless, though not sure which are.

Don't think the nc2400/tc4400 are fanless. Can make a 2510P with a SSD + quiet_fan dsdt table pretty close to fanless. If can keep the cpu from never getting past 60 degrees then the fan remains in 20% mode. Doing a hw_undervolt would keep things cooler again but void the warranty. All of these systems use 65nm CPUs.
A 32nm ULV CPU in a Acer 1830T or Asus UL20FT would make a better fanless candidate, but expect to shell out some $$ for those. -
This tc4400 is quite the opposite to fanless. Especially without any undervolting.

I see.. neither are..
