I called back and they did credit me back $100, after the first tech said it was expired. It is NOT expired.

 

hmm my config that i bought on 3/5 was $1375 before my $250 coupon. this coupon would get me a brightview screen for $75 instead of $100. but i don't want a brightview screen...

The manger on the phone insisted that they do not honor coupon price differences and it's against policy to pricematch different coupons.

I (gently) insisted that I there must be some kind of mistake because I have friends/family who have had similar situations who had their accounts credited the difference. After some polite persuasion I got my difference.
