    Very good deal. Will it work? Try it and let us know :D. If you have an Intel notebook, probably. For an AMD notebook, maybe. Memory compatibility is an underappreciated subject. Use MemTest86+ to verify your new memory.

    I have a pair of Crucial 2GB DDR2-667 SODIMMs inbound from ZipZoomFly for a dv9000z I'm refurbishing. Quite a bit more expensive, even after the $20 rebate (only one per household, bleah), but they've been a reliable brand for me. I will take chances on other brands when the price difference is great enough though.

    Someone said 10 days to mail out the rebate form is a bit risk.

    i found one at newegg for $75.99 plus a $12 mail in rebate
    costs a little more but you have more instant savings
    hate mail in rebates
