    Hi

    I need a network card that supports packet injection and the current wireless card in my envy doesn't.

    Is it possible to change the network card or will the BIOS not support this?

    Look around, there are Envy 14 bios with whitelist (which doesn't allow you to install those not listed in bios) removed. Check in here

    sorry for answering so late wild - but is the HP_Envy14_sp51091_UlkMenus_ByCamiloml.exe a way to work around the whitelist?

    Also - is it possible to find out which wireless cards are whitelisted and which aren't?

    I think it's safer to make a thread over there to have Camil confirm which bios is the correct one. To know which cards are not whitelisted, get a service manual for the envy 14, there will be a page says which wlan cards are supported and can be replaced
