    Hello,

    Problem description:

Hello, I sometimes while starting my laptop receives an error - 90B saying that your cooling fan is not working properly...

    In Power Saving Mode :
My HP cool-sense is on Coolest mode and I measured temperature with CPUID Hardware Monitor Software, temperature stay above 68-70C even at normal browsing, HDD temperature stay around 50C... CPU temperature sometimes goes above 75-80C... Is there Anything to Worry About ?

    In High Performance Mode :
I have 2 GB AMD 6770M, normal temperature remains between 70-78C...

    Troubleshooting steps taken:
    I have updated BIOS.

I have purchased new cooling pad from cooler master which brings down the temperature by 3-4 degree...

I have 1080p screen so does it make my processor bit on load for high display ?

Is My Fan Defective ? or I need any kind of thermal compound to apply to reduce the temperature ?
