After receiving a defective keyboard for my dv5t, I had to return not two hours later after I received my new laptop. That was on the 18th. I ordered that on the 9th and so it didn't take too long to make and ship. I've been waiting and waiting and now I get this:

    Dear Valued Customer,

Due to a delay in receiving/processing your return, we will be unable to ship your exchange order on the original estimated ship date. The revised estimated ship date for your order is 8/28/2008 or no later than 7 business days from the original estimated ship date. If you prefer not to wait you may cancel your order and receive a prompt refund by either replying to this email message with your order number or calling our toll-free customer service number at 866-217-6014 between
    7:00 A.M. - 2:00 A.M. (ET) Monday through Friday or on Saturday between 10:00 A.M. and 7:00 P.M. (ET).

I posted in there somewhere. It was just forgotten in the myriad of posts. My "g", "h" and backspace keys were broken which pretty much rendered my laptop useless so the only way they could repair it was for me to exchange it for a brand new one of the exact same configuration but its taking forever to build now.
