    It's not a built-in promotion, you have to use a coupon code to get 10% off now (we have them listed in our daily tech deals). Once you reach checkout there's an option to put in a coupon code.

    Dell changes there offers daily, it's maddening for buyers, you just have to stay on top of coupon codes available (think of them as the "secret" offers) and the ones that are built-in (anyone that orders gets them, no secret coupon codes to apply).

    That particular 10% off copuon that I believe you are refering to expired 4/3 I'm sure they will offer something again at some point so just keep your eyes open.
