I have f.28 installed and even with RM Clock power saving, my dv6375us only gets 2 hours battery life with wifi. I have read others getting 4-5 hours. Could I at least get 3 with f.16?

T7200@2Ghz, 2GB ram, NVIDIA GeForce Go 7400 video card (128MB dedicated?)

I have not had the battery for a year yet and it is an HP battery.

It has given me only 2 hours from day 1.

well, i would use a program like rmclock to check out the battery wear. if it is significantly low, then i would give hp a call to get a new one. i would also check your discharge rate. maybe something is constantly running in the background that is draining the battery.

How can rmclock check battery wear? I have the program, but have not seen anything that could do that.

Under battery info, Battery Device: Primary, see 'Designed Capacity' vs. Fully Charged Capacity. The lower the fully charged capacity is compared to designed capacity, the greater the wear.
