    Anyone have any experience with these two machines, they have the 850m, which i read is a good chip?

    Depends. You need to give specific models and specs. There are a lot of things involved. Generally from my experience, bigger laptops are better. Mainly because more room for more powerful hardware and space for air flow.

    the 850m is really nice for medium settings gaming. Should be able to handle all modern games. HP has some really nice deals for 4th of july, like additional 75 off.
