    Hey all,

    am looking at this: Transcend 1GB 200-Pin DDR SO-DIMM DDR 333 (PC 2700) Notebook Memory - Retail

    want to see if its the right RAM for my notebook. According to compaq's website i have 256 333 DDR (1)Dimm is this the appropriate RAM.

    You will know for sure what you have in your notebook by running cpuz. What you've chosen should work. Try Newegg for better deals.
    Crucial shows pc2700 as the appropriate memory for you computer. I'm not sure but shouldn't v4000 support DDR2? v4000t does and the only difference I know of is the GPU.
