    Hi everyone,

First question is if anyone using a good and simple software to take picture and maybe record videos. I know that with Vista there is no HP Webcam Application and I have tired QuickPlay but it's not a solution for me.

Second question is about the QuickPlay buttons and a protection paper that I put between the screen and the keyboard. When I'm done with the lappy I power it off and I put the protection paper but it's power on because there is a contact with the DVD button of QuickPlay.

    Thank you.
    Craig.

I believe there is a default Vista webcam application. Vista users will help you out here.

As to your second question, you will need to remove the paper or cut away the protection near the power button so it doesn't automatically power on on its own.
